The same Eola-Amity Hills Pinot Noir, sized for one glass. The 2024 blend is led by The Hollow, formerly known as Sunset View, joined by fruit from Amity and Witness Tree vineyards, with a small share of whole-cluster Temperance Hill rounding things out. Red raspberry, lilac, and thyme carry through a long, taut finish with pretty red fruit. It's the Eola-Amity Hills, in a can.
