Tasting Notes: Pink Lady Apple, Meringue, Melon

Our White Pinot Noir, now in a can. The blend is 52% Bielenberg Vineyard in the Eastern Willamette Valley and 48% The Farmstead, formerly Crowe Hill, in the Van Duzer Corridor. Both are picked ten days to two weeks ahead of red-wine harvest and pressed gently to keep the color pale. Pink lady apple, meringue, and melon: fresh and juicy, with a berry core underneath.

Pairing and Serving
Chill and pour, or drink straight from the can. An easy match for shellfish, salads, or a warm afternoon with nothing else planned.
