Willamette Valley · 100% Pinot Noir · Dry · 750mL

Tasting Notes Pear, Orange Blossom, Linen

92 Points, Decanter

Pinot Noir, the signature grape of the Willamette Valley, made here as a white wine. Sourced from across the Valley, with over a third coming from the Eola-Amity Hills, this is a refreshing and distinctive expression of what Oregon does best.

Harvested across a little over a week in mid-September, two to four weeks earlier than fruit destined for red wine. The berries were gently pressed to minimize color extraction and the clean juice fermented slowly in stainless steel, with the last lots finishing in early January 2024. The blend was assembled in March and bottled in April.

The 2023 season delivered a warm, dry summer after a slow start, leading to a surprisingly early and compressed harvest with fruit in the door by mid-October.

Pairing and Serving Pairs well with grilled fish, light seafood dishes, soft cheeses, and spring vegetables. Serve well chilled at 45 to 50 degrees F. Drink now through 2027.
