The Bubbles showcases crisp citrus character with a fine, persistent mousse made to last. Crafted from Willamette Valley fruit harvested specifically for sparkling production, then fermented slowly and mixed on lees so the fizz has genuine staying power. Sparkling wine that earned its bubbles.
