Tasting Notes: Guava, Shortbread, Gardenia

This single-serve Chardonnay is Oregon Grown through and through, with a partial turn on French oak (22%) balanced by mostly stainless steel to keep things bright rather than buttery. The result is a Chardonnay with a little backbone and a lot of drinkability. One perfect glass.

Porch light on. Feet up. Nothing in particular planned. This is the Chardonnay for the afternoons that don't ask for much and the wine that doesn't either. Good wine shouldn't be saved for later.
