Sourced from three eastern Valley vineyards, Bielenberg, Fries, and Paradis, the grapes were hand picked and whole-cluster pressed, then fermented low and slow to preserve aromatics. Four months of lees aging adds rich texture and a softness that balances the wine's focused natural acidity. Simultaneously juicy and plush, this is Willamette Valley Pinot Gris at its best.
