Willamette Valley, Oregon · 100% Pinot Noir · Dry · 750mL

Tasting Notes Black Cherry, Dried Fig, Cedar

There's a science, but also a bit of magic that goes into blending our Alchemist wines. Sourced from our favorite parts of our partners' vineyards across the Willamette Valley, this small-batch Pinot Noir draws from some of the region's most compelling sites. The backbone comes from Bass Hill Vineyard in the McMinnville AVA, where shallow basalt soils and cool coastal winds produce small, thick-skinned berries with dark, concentrated flavors and rich tannins. Roe and Roe Vineyard in the Ribbon Ridge AVA, Croft Vineyard in Mount Pisgah, and select Eola-Amity Hills vineyards round out the blend, layering depth and complexity of fruit, tannin, and acid.

The result is a bold and uncompromising wine built to elevate everyday moments to the realm of art. Drink now or cellar for ten or more years.

Pairing and Serving Pairs well with roasted lamb, duck, braised short ribs, and aged hard cheeses. Serve at 60 to 65 degrees F in a Burgundy-style glass.
