Harvested with moderate sugar and acid levels, this Syrah is ripe and dense with the rustic edge that makes the variety so compelling. Low yields at elevation contribute to a wine that is just chewy enough to make you wonder if it wandered in from the old world.

Pairing and Serving Pairs well with grilled lamb, braised short ribs, smoked meats, and aged hard cheeses. Serve at 60 to 65 degrees F. Drink now through 2028.
