Awarded Bravo TV’s Top Chef in Season 12 and honored as one of Eater’s Young Guns in 2014, Chef Mei Lin likes to juxtapose flavors and cultural influences to bring about her ideal flavor profiles – bold yet reassuring, surprising yet familiar. And this wine cooler is no different. Working alongside Union Wine Company owner & founder Ryan Harms, Lin created a tropical wine cooler that incorporates Riesling, Guava, Lemongrass, Lychee, Yuzu, Tea, Elderflower and Almond, with one goal in mind: drinkable for chefs and foodies of all types.
