A blend from three growers in the Horse Heaven Hills, each bringing something distinct to the final wine. Phinny Hill delivers ripe fruit and plush texture from pedigreed vineyard land. Coyote Canyon adds structure and the rustic edge that defines Horse Heaven Hills Cabernet. Fountain Farms rounds it out with an herbaceous note that adds complexity and freshness. Simultaneously approachable and serious.

The 2022 season started cold and wet, putting bloom two to three weeks behind schedule, but stunning weather through September and October allowed the fruit to finish strong with beautiful natural acidity and exceptional flavor development.

Pairing and Serving Pairs well with grilled steaks, braised short ribs, burgers, and aged hard cheeses. Serve at 60 to 65 degrees F. Drink now through 2028.
